Michael B. Cole commenced his career at Aceto, Bonner & Cole PC as a law clerk in 2008. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010, and subsequently was hired as associate at that time. Mr. Cole's areas of practice include general civil litigation, employment law, discrimination and sexual harassment, business litigation, trust and estate disputes and litigation, construction litigation, appellate advocacy, and personal injury law. Mr. Cole brings a unique perspective to litigating residential construction matters, drawing from his over 15 years of hands-on experience in the residential construction industry.

Mr. Cole's appellate practice experience includes the preparation of legal briefs for submission to the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Mr. Cole received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2010, and he graduated in 1997, with honors, from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a degree in Economics.

Mr. Cole is a licensed member of the Massachusetts Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Cole's professional associations include the Boston Inn of Court.
